This talk was absolutely incredible and I think we were able to really drive home to the employees of Northern Nevada Medical Center that there are a few key factors in a customer centric organization.
Those factors are:
- Working together and being constantly focused on the fact that the most important factor to working well as a team and overcoming an obstacle is communication and being able to clearly communicate needs and issues.
- A culture of caring is incredibly important for the individual, the organization, and the customer and if all three are working well the whole system runs efficiently. If any of the three are not in order the entire system suffers.
